| The consumer had a low consumption recorded cases when the CT to the meter was found faulty and KSEB has a case of lower consumption for certain past period, comparing the actual consumption when the CT was repaired or replaced. The consumer challenge the reckoning of the previous period of CT fault for raising the short assessment bill prepared based on the Audit report of KSEB.
