The impugned demand notice amounting to Rs.91,09,820/- towards electricity duty arrears was issued to the appellant in pursuance of a direction in the audit report of the Office of the Chief Electrical Inspector (CEI), to recover the Electricity Duty due to Government of Kerala, on detection of illegal resale of electricity at LT rates by the Appellant. the CGRF, CSEZA in this case and hence the order of CGRF is upheld.
