Review Petition-Excess amount collected than the actual expenditure incurred by KSEB to provide supply to a high rise building of the consumer – Review Petition P/2052011 – Biju M Nizam,
The consumer had applied for 11 KV supply with LT service connections for various independent units in his building and remitted the amount under cost estimate scheme for the work, as directed by KSEB. The consumer alleges that the actual amount of expenditure incurred was not revealed to him in spite of his requests and not refunded the excess amount collected from him. The appeal petition disposed by this Forum and still not satisfied the decision taken by this Forum, this Review petition filed.
