Disconnection of electric connection enjoyed by the appellant, without his consent – P/353/2013 – Babu Chacko, Kanjirappilly.
A live electric connection was disconnected, without conducting the enquiry who is the registered consumer, whether the service connection is being enjoyed by owner or occupier, whether the request made for dismantling a live electric connection form part of a civil dispute between owner and occupier etc. It is decided that the electric connection shall be restored within 24 hours.
