Shifting of the electric line without consent and interruption of supply – P/300/2012 – Jolly Joseph, Kudara, Kollam.
The shifting of the electric line was done by the respondent without obtaining the consent of the petitioner and against his verbal objection. As a result of the alleged shifting of electric line, the supply to the consumer was interrupted for two days and has caused hardship to the consumer and he is eligible for compensation for the deficiency of service.
