Dispute over the tariff applicable for an editing Institute named Bright Studio and the Bill issued with retrospective effect . P/190/ 2011-Sri M N Babu- Palarivattom.
Consumer running a studio/video editing etc and was assigned Industrial tariff based on software based unit. The APTS inspection found the consumer running a film editing institute which bears a commercial tariff. The consumer applied for tariff change. The respondent changed the tariff from the date of connection of electric supply and a Bill issued for arrears towards the difference in Tariff rate. Dispute over the date of changeover of tariff .
