The consumer had applied for new electric connections to his building and remitted the amount under OYEC scheme. The consumer complaints no special devices like RMU or Add-on-Module were installed in the line of supply, even though the required amount collected from him. Since the new device was not installed, the consumer had requested to refund the excess amount collected from him. Against the order pronounced by this Forum, this Review petition filed.

The consumer had applied for 11 KV supply with LT service connections for various independent units in his building and remitted the amount under cost estimate scheme for the work, as directed by KSEB. The consumer alleges that the actual amount of expenditure incurred was not revealed to him in spite of his requests and not refunded the excess amount collected from him. The appeal petition disposed by this Forum and still not satisfied the decision taken by this Forum, this Review petition filed.
