The consumer' tariff changed and a short assessment bill issued consequent to an inspection.The consumer got stay order against the D/C and the disputed bill.Later stay order vacated and the court issued order in favor of KSEB. The consumer dispute interest for the arrears accrued and the late payment.

The complainant has approached the KSEB for shifting the 11 KV line drawn through her property without obtaining her consent. The Board prepared an estimate and demanded to remit the same. Aggrieved by the huge sum demanded and inaction of the KSEB, this dispute originated. Appeal petition is found having merits and is allowed to certain extent.
